I was shocked to find out that girls stopped going to school because they had their period. I love school and think it is so unfair they have to miss out. So I started baking to fundraise and send period kits to girls in Burma.
Meet khai aye
Khai Aye was the first girl in her village to finish school. she works nonstop stop to make the lives of the people in her hometown better by building a school and startingg Womens Impowerment along with many others.
What we are doing
What is a period kit?
In each kit there is 2-3 reusable pads, soap, and underwear. They will be assembled by women from our Women’s Impowerment program
Fundraising
We are fundraising by selling baked goods (in Thailand), then using all the money for the period kits.
